Terms of Service

Last updated: March 31, 2026

1. Scope of service

SigVerify is a verification and anti-fraud service for tourism. We publish public provider trust records, support quote-routing and trust-review workflows, and operate tools that help travellers, providers, and tourism stakeholders check identity and trusted contact paths before money moves.

2. What SigVerify is not

SigVerify is not a travel agency, payment processor, or booking guarantor. We may help route safari briefs, display provider trust information, and attach anti-fraud context to quotes, but any commercial agreement remains between the traveller and the provider unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Verification limitations

SigVerify trust signals are designed to reduce fraud risk, not eliminate all risk. Verification does not guarantee service quality, future provider conduct, or the final availability or pricing of a tourism product.

4. Provider responsibilities

Providers are responsible for supplying accurate information, maintaining trusted contact rails, and avoiding misleading or fraudulent use of the service. Attempts to forge credentials, misrepresent identity, or abuse trust features may result in suspension, removal, or reporting where appropriate.

5. User responsibilities

Travellers remain responsible for their own decisions. Our product direction is simple: verify first, then decide whether to continue. Users should review the current SigVerify record before relying on a quote, contact path, package summary, or payment instruction.

6. Liability disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SigVerify is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of the service, provider information, or trust signals. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and users remain responsible for their own due diligence and commercial choices.
